Miyagi and Shinobu are definitely a couple that has a place there in that manga. They have their moments, they have their angst, declarations of undying love and then again problems. Because this is the way of Nakamura-sensei.

In this paring we see university professor having a relationship with a seventeen old boy, who claims that their love is meant to be. The said boy is his ex-wife’s baby brother. Shinobu is stubborn and tries to make Miyagi fall in love… actually succeeding in his attempt (if he didn’t there would not be a terrorist paring) and making him actually forget his first love which was also the reason Miyagi and his ex wife went apart.
